I bought these shirts 7 years ago for my husband who work in construction. I have to say they have outlasted any other pieces of clothing he has worn including his off work clothes. I am just now replacing them but not because they are wore out but because 7 years of washing has finally faded them a little. He would never wear another workshirt.

Very durable

I purchased this shirt and several others in different colors at my husband's request. They look nice, are comfortable and layer well. They also come in a great variety of colors. He wears one daily.

This is the second time I have purchased these for my husband. He is a mechanical engineer who often has to work on the factory floor. He always comes home filthy, and his clothes really take a beating, but these stand up to it! I purchased the first set at least 10 months ago and they are still in pretty good shape. I was so satisfied I am not even considering trying different brands. They are also available in a variety of colors and with long sleeves.

I see some comments from a couple of years ago complaining that this shirt was too short.  I just bought mine, and length for me is perfect.  I'm 6'1" and wear size 2XL.  The length, tail out, is exactly what you would want in a blazer or suit jacket.  Any longer would be too long, yet it is long enough to tuck in and stay, if desired.  After I got the first one, I ordered several more in different colors.  Being retired, these will be my "go to" shirts unless it is too cold.  I put a "Houston Strong" patch on one!  Go Astros!

I don't like to pay a lot for casual shirts and most of the low price shirts are junk. I decided to try some work shirts that had a stylish look. This Dickies brick red shirt was just what I was looking for. A nice heavy material that looks good after drying it on the line. I expect it to last for years. Very happy with the purchase!

A great shirt and a great price.

I wear a 2xl shirt. I have always bought the dickies open pocket industrial work shirts and i always have to buy them in 3xl because they run on the tight side. I recently bought these flap close work shirts (1574) in 3xl and they are huge compared to the open pocket shirt. see the picture, both of these shirts are 3xl the top one is the open pocket shirt the bottom one is the flap close pocket shirt.  otherwise the shirts are great and last a long time. it would just be nice to know what size shirt im getting. now im going to have to order more shirts

Way larger than same size open pocket work shirt

I bought these for my son, who wears tall sizes because he has a long torso. The fit is great thus far--I have not washed any of them yet, however. I had never purchased a pocket tee before so I was nervous...surprisingly, his FRIENDS liked the pocket and then my son told me HE liked the Dickies logo on the pocket...who knew? lol

These were supposed to be "work" shirts!
If you work during the winter or work in Alaska, these may be great.
They are made of HEAVY materials and here in the South they are HOT,HOT,HOT and not in a good way.
I work in an allegedly air conditioned area, so I can just imagine a guy working in a garage or construction capacity.
I may try another one this winter, but now probably not.
