Cheap I hated this right out of the box. You must set a clock to use it each time plus it's cheaply made with thin plastic.Returned it the next day and got a Aroma Rice cooker/steamer. Not as much room to steam but better made and easier to use. 05/31/2009
Love It! I love this steamer. I can just about steam anything in here. It is much safer than a stove (I like to set and go do something else). The steamer is easy to wash. Make sure if you are cooking meat to place at bottom tier so juice will not leak onto anything else that you are cooking in remaining tiers. My noodles and rice come out so perfect when it is cooked in the steamer.I would def recommend for persons who dislike cooking, this steamer will def shift your mind. 05/24/2010
Broke after 8 months I bought this last January. It was working fine until on the 3rd month when the steam button became moody.Sometimes it steams but most of the time it doesn't. Now it's not steaming at all. The timer still works though! I would recommend buying a steamer with a manual knob. 11/18/2009
