Rated 3 out of 5 by BlondeFashionDiva The first two received had broken handles. Received the first one that Walmart shipped broken. Reordered and the second one arrived broken as well. The handle was broken totally off of the first one and only half off of the second one. The manufacturer's box was undamaged as well as the shipping box. So, finally, the third one arrived in tact. Walmart.com customer service handled this for me in a very satisfactory manner and even expedited the third pan at no extra charge.I am hoping this pan operates satisfactorily as I already own one and it has been excellent. 11/02/2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by crnbrryctg Arrived broken I haven't actually used it yet, but one of the handles was broken completely off when I took it out of the box. Might be a nice product if you buy it in the store and can make sure it isn't broken. But being in a rural area, we didn't have that option. I am going to try to get a replacement handle for it since I need it to cook with now. 03/06/2013
