Delta - Summit Toddler Bed, White 30 33
Nice bed for a decent price Overall the bed was very easy to put together. I did it myself in about 30 min. It would have been faster but half the pieces weren't labeled so I had to figure out what was what before I started. For the money it's a decent toddler bed. Nothing fancy but meets what we were looking for. I would prefer if there wasn't the side support legs. My daughter has a similar bed without them and it was nice to be able to use under the bed for storage. My son actually fell out of this bed the first night and somehow managed to roll under it and couldn't get out, partially due to these side supports. I had to lift the bed to help him. Great toddler bed! Although my husband had a little difficulty with assembly, our grandson LOVES this bed! It seems to be a very good quality for the price and it helps that we don't have to buy another mattress because we can use the mattress from the crib. I didn't want a footboard because of the availability of space in the guest room and the stores were only stocking toddler beds with the footboard. On that note, I wish that this particular bed were more available in the stores, since Walmart.com shipped the first order to the wrong store for pick up and their on-line customer service was not able to comprehend my problem until my third email. At that point, I received a phone call from a helpful associate who straightened everything out immediately. 03/23/2012
you get what you pay for. there is a reason this is only $50. wood is very weak and started to crack as i was putting the bolts in. took forever to get together and the instructions were a joke. it seems sturdy despit the splitting wood, daughter isnt sleeping in it yet so not sure on how long it will last but im guessing not very long. spend the extra and get a nicer bed. id honestly prefer a plastic and metal bed over this! 03/16/2012
