Rated 1 out of 5 by ToneRanger Issues, word of warning if you plan to upgrade... I purchased this computer based on the description that it was upgradeable to 8GB of Memory. Off the bat it came with a very noisy CPU fan - I notified the refurbisher and they did send a new fan. Also, the spec sheet on the Wal-Mart site described it as having 4GB of memory and two available memory slots - but instead of 2, 2GB sticks of memory and 2 open slots, all 4 slots were occupied with 1 GB each. Again, the company agreed to send the correct memory.The kicker came when I went to install the additional memory and discovered that because the operating system was only Windows 7 32bit it will only recognize about 3.25GB of memory anyways. I had purchased more memory and now have to send it back and pay a restocking fee, or I would have to upgrade the operating system, which will run an additional $130-$150. This time the refurbisher refused to help, even though on their spec sheet it did not specify which version of Windows 7 was installed.Bottom line - if you want to upgrade memory on this PC to 8GB as advertised plan to spend nearly as much as you spend for the computer to do so as it is NOT upgradeable out of the box. I would not purchase this product again and am disappointed overall. 04/15/2013
