Careful! Walmart is a great company. Dell is a great company. That said, I had problems with this computer. I've had two preceding Dell laptops. They worked beautifully. The problems with the Dell Obsidian Black Inspirion 15 Laptop PC with Intel Core i3-2330M began right out of the box. Setup went well. However, this computer was inexorably slow. Tech support accessed it remotely and "could find no problems." Finally, when I called them a second time, they suggested I return the computer, which I did. Walmart was great about the refund. They ask, and it's a reasonable request, for the receipt. I do believe I was given 15 days after the purchase to return it to Walmart, which I did. Would I buy another Dell? Well ... I ended up with an HP, but it was a tough decision. Best guess? I received a lemon. You may end up having better luck than I. 02/19/2012
