Great printer for the price. Fast and efficient for home use or a small business. When i opened the box, was suprised that it did not include the printer cable, that was an additional purchase. Ships with a low volume printer cartridge. These were the only two issues I had with my purchase. 03/13/2012
Great Value for its use I finally broke down and purchased a laser printer for use at home in specific needs. My wife plays casual games and uses available walkthroughs. These tend to run about 40-75 pages. When I used a color inkjet, I would go through a set of cartridges every 2-3 walkthroughs. This was becoming quite expensive.I purchased the 113N and brought it home, took it out of the box, and connected it to my computer. I turned it on and Windows 7 identified it and installed the drivers and I was ready to go. I set up a web page to print a recipe and out it came.On my other computers, they identified the printer and installed the drivers through my home group.The only downsides to this printer is that it doesn't include a USB Cable and the initial cartridge is 700 pages. As I have a bunch of USB Cables, this is not really an issue. 700 pages is quite a bunch to start with and this is a normal issue with all new printers these days.I really do like that it can be turned on all day and not use much power, somewhere around 6.5 wats in sleep mode. 04/23/2012
Good product overall. I like everything about this printer except that the print is not quite as dark as with an ink-jet using the same font size and style. But just what I need. I hate having to juggle color settings when I never need color settings. So an inexpensive black and white only printer is great. Also, the paper path is much less likely to jam than other models from competitors. 04/14/2012
