I purchased this game for my husband as a Christmas gift because he loved the T.V. show and the computer cd rom version. Usually, I'm not as thrilled about playing as he is, but to my surprise, this Wii version interested me and the rest of the family, including my 5 year old son. We had family over for Christmas and we all took turns playing and watched and gave advice as if we were the audience and did the same for New Years Eve. It was a great deal. I got it as a Wii bundle (2 for $25). It is very entertaining and well worth the money.

Great idea, too bad they had to mess it up. Let's start with first things first, the controls are the worst I have ever seen on a Wii game. Instead of making it easy and letting you use the arrow keys to pick your case, you have to point the cursor and try to click the case. You have to point and click to do almost anything on the game. Even on my 47" flat screen this is extremely difficult, on a small TV it would be next to impossible. I can't believe that they didn't fix this the instant they tested the game. It takes most of the fun out of it. Second, the heavily advertised "Be the Banker mode" is a snoozer. First of all, you don't really get to choose the offer, because it has a preset limit. You can only go a couple thousand dollars in either direction, so it's no different than just letting the computer do it! A complete dissapointment. There are better things you can spend 20 bucks on, don't waste it like I did.

The graphics leave a bit to be desired but overall this game provides good entertainment. I like that you can easily skip through the parts that make the TV show take so long so you can just play the game. Bought it for my 60-something year old dad for his birthday and he says it's a nice change of pace from MarioKart.

I got this as my free choice when ordering the system. The Deal or No Deal game is ok but nothing to write home about. The "extra" games within the game are lame.

  • A. You can point your wii remote directly at the briefcase you are selecting, however, unless you have extremely steady hands it will take multiple attempts.

  • A. The screen does reveal which cases are remaining for your selection after each choice has been made and reveals the dollar amount the banker has offered (past). It also displays the dollar amounts left for your decision making. You have to enter the number of which case you would like to select.

  • A. You point your wii controller arrow to a case to select there is no scrolling. You can clearly see what suitcases are left and the amount in each suitcase is taken off the board for you to review each time. It's really cool!
