    First great for 360 What can I say? I love survival horror games. This game gives an eery atmospheric play during the start-up menu... After one of the best opening 15 minutes of a game, I was thrilled to dive back into it. You play a miner that has discovered an alien infested space ship. As you go through the game sudden small chills will be thrown at you; this is an aspect of the game that I really have an appreciation for. It is slightly an action game but I never had that feeling that it was straying away from survival horror. I do have a few regrets with the game however. The monster variety is a bit on the lacking side. The monsters in the game change color halfway through the game to black indicating that they are tougher (but they are the same monster). Also, there is an indicator in the game that tells you exactly where to go. Although these both arent enough to ruin the game, they are only my small complaints. The biggest regret that I have for this game is that it is over. 09/12/2009
    ROCKS OUT!... Mostly This game totally rocks out! The graphics are cool, the sound is great, the playability is super and the story line is engaging. However, there are a couple points in the game that you MUST complete to continue on (minigames) and some of them are almost impossible to complete.You spend hours learning the game system and then the designers throw in minigames that are nothing like the regular game. UGH!.But I have to say that I am totally digging this game and would recommend that you get it! You'll love it! 02/22/2010
    Dead Space Dead Space is a great survival horror game based deep in space with you being your only chance for survival. The game has outstanding graphics and lots of twists and turns to keep you on edge throughout the game. 02/08/2009
    Generic Horror Game Creepy aliens? Check.Things pop out to scare you? Check.Creepy atmosphere with flickering lights? Check.Crazy villain out to destroy humanity? Check.Super scary game that kept me up at night? No.Dead Space is a very average game about a group of space repairmen who blunder into an intergalactic haunted house. The plot is predictable to anyone who has ever seen a horror movie, but the artwork and soundtrack are great.If you're looking for a good couple of hours being scared in the dark, Dead Space isn't a bad choice, but it's not the best choice by far. If you're expecting Dead Space to be as good as Bioshock, you'll be disappointed. 11/13/2008
