Not "Towel" but "Hand Towel" It's job is to just get the sweat off of you, not dry you off from a shower.So it is the size of a hand towel, not a body towel (for you people that did not look at the item description before you bought it to see what size it is).You don't need a specific towl for yoga, its just something to get you money. Really just go buy normal hand towels.Unless you sweat a lot,Then you might want to get a special type of towel like this one, because its more absorbant. 02/16/2011
