I bought these last year and they wore out; I waited all year for them to return and when I finally found them on the Wal-Mart website I ordered three pair so I wouldn't run out of them for the summer. I have heel spurs and these are the most comfortable shoes to wear. I highly recommend these. They are far more comfortable than the more expensive "fit-flops" which are triple the price.

I stand alot and accumalated heel spurs..(painful!!!!) I bought 2 pairs last year on vacation to wear at Universal Studios AND, I just could'nt belive that these shoes gave me the comfort that it did. No pain or burning sensation from alot of walking as most shoes, even the exspensive ones. I eventually wore them out because I started wearing them at work as well and was very dissapointed that I could'nt find anymore later..Now that I see there available, I'm getting a coulpe pairs more..Thanks to whoever invented these Danskin shoes! ***HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED*** five stars

I bought this sandal larger (9) than I normally wear (8) thinking it may run smaller, as another customer had said. Not in my case they are actually too big for me. I decided to keep them anyway, rather than finding the time to return them. I love them a lot and they are so worth the price. But I think they are true to size, so I would just order your usual size.

    • A. I would go up on the size. I wear a 9 1/2 but I bought a 10, they work fine.

    • A. average rule of thumb is if you wear say like an 8 1/2, you go up a size. unless the sizing runs big then you go down. the answer is go up a size.

    • A. The highest part of the heel is one and a half inches from the ground. The platform slopes gradually as it goes forward. It measures about an inch at the front. But the soles are tappered up (rounded off like a rocker), both at the very back of the shoe from the ground (about one and a half inches) and the front of the toe (about 3/4 of an inch). The inside of the soles are contoured and have a gentle arch.

    • A. The upper mesh is FLEXIBLE, but it does NOT stretch. It will expand a little bit after use, and will accomodate the shape of your feet. They are more comfortable than the same style shoe with split hide leather upper part.
