I picked this one because of it's unique shape. My 6 year old fits on it perfectly on the middle area of the ball. It holds up really well after all of the use too. I highly recommend this product.The ball does not come with instructions but it is not hard to figure out that you put the pump in the only hole the ball has. The ball does come folded up so the sides are all stuck together until you start blowing it up. 03/24/2011
