I don't know what makes them maternity, they aren't labeled as such, and the belly doesn't seem any different than non-maternity pants but they will be comfy for my pregnancy with the drawstring. I have trouble with Danskin brand as their sizes are never consistent, but these are true to the size chart. I like the little pocket near the waistband, just big enough to put a key in when I go out walking. 07/24/2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by adsfgasd Great buy I bought these as I am pregnant and they are very comfortable, loose fitting in the legs as I prefer loose clothes vs. tight especially now that I have a basketball belly. I would recommend these capris for lounging around, they would even be nice enough as casual dress if worn with a nice top. I plan on ordering more. I got them in black so I am not sure about the other colors but the black is nice. 08/01/2012
