a big Thumbs DOWN!!! What an akward item, I followed the directions, the "weights" have a velcro fastener which kept coming undone due to the ropes. It was just NOT possible to complete an exercise. Its not a comfortable product to use, although I strapped them firmly they kept sliding and twisting. I disliked this product so much, I was COMPELLED to write a review... right before I return them. On the other hand, ankles weight could add to my exercise but I will purchase them seperately. 03/11/2010
Danskin Now Lower Body Toner I love this product. It gives you a great lower body workout. It firms legs hips and thighs. The 2 bands help to increase your fitness level. I highly recommend this. 03/17/2011
Great for physical theraphy. I had a total knee replacement six months ago and I use this daily as part of my home physical theraphy. I use one band and it works a s good as the flat rubber exercise bands. Love it. 05/23/2012
