Danby is a Dandy I couldn't be happier with this dishwasher. It meets every description and review that I read. I couldn't believe how quiet it was. I hadn't owned a dishwasher in some time and as I remember the ones I had were sooo loud it interferred with TV. Dishes come out clean as a whistle. Stainless steel inside is a real plus for a dishwasher this affordable. Auto shut off would be good, but no biggie. My space was limited to an 18" & this dishwasher was perfect. It might be small, but holds a lot. Easy to roll to sink and tucks away nicely when finished. Ship to store saved even more. It is nice to have purchased a product that you are completely satisfied with. Instruction book is a joke. 07/06/2011
Compact and well made. Dishes come out cleaner than in my built-in dishwasher. Very quiet running and holds quite a lot for it's size. I like that it rolls around easily. I only have one small complaint and that is with the instructions. They explain everything except how to hook it up to your faucet which is not hard but some people might need a diagram. The dishwasher is well made, meets my needs, and is energy efficient. 06/05/2011
solid machine The initial wash didn't clean well, but once I got a rinse aid and better brand of soap it did a fantastic job. Not too heavy to roll around the kitchen. Great little machine and great price with site to store shipping. (You will need a big car or a truck to get it home though). Heavier than expected and well packed. 05/24/2011
a good product The most important thing - it gets the dishes clean! Drawbacks - it doesn't hold much, which is just the nature of an 18" dishwasher. I don't care for the way the racks are laid out - maybe I use different type dishes than other people? Overall a very good product, though, if this is the type of dishwasher you need, which I did because of space issues. 04/27/2011
