Awful! Not a good buy! Was highly disappointed. Item sits uneven and requires a cardboard piece on one side to keep product level and able to use. When I first plugged it in, microwave immediately starts running (acts like it's microwaving...sound, spinning plate, and light on). Couldn't get it to stop so had to unplug. After a few attempts I was able to have it plugged in and not run. Tried to microwave leftovers, and about 15 seconds in, the timer stops counting and proceeds to act like its microwaving, but doesn't heat up. When opened to check on food-food still needed warming up-so closed the door, and guess what? Yup, did the same thing as when I first plugged it in. Bad product, returning asap!!! Would not waste your money on this one! 08/18/2011
