The dimensions of the product un-assembled is 72" x 33.5" x 32.7.

How big is it unassymbled? I have 28" doorway (32" stairway) to get it down and was wondering if it would fit.

Bought this for a Christmas present for our son's dorm room. It fit perfectly under his raised bed.  Nice for relaxing, reading, and homework. We bought the protection plan but quality seemed great for the price. Two guys were able to carry up to the third floor of the dorm and easily assembled it.

The futon arrived 3 days earlier than expected and it looks much better than we expected.  We didn't expect super high quality because of the price but we bought it for my son's first apartment.  It looks great and feels sturdy.  Not much assembly required.

Better than expected

This futon far surpassed my expectations! Pictures don't do it justice. Futon is well made, looks like real leather and is quite comfortable. The middle console is a great advantage also because this is my gaming couch for our game room. Took my husband 20 minutes or less to put it together. Very pleased with purchase and a great price!

Beautiful Futon!

The futon is quite pleasant to sit and hang on. The cup holder area is handy. For sleeping on, I plan on using a mattress pad on top as it would be too hard to sleep on directly. It is perfect for what I wanted it for. I just got it so I can't rate it on the durability yet.

Comfortable to sit on

I purchased this item for my daughter's first studio apartment.  It was not difficult to transport even though it comes in a rather large box - it fit perfectly into the back of a mini van.  It was easy to put together by just attaching the legs.  You flip the back up stand it up and WaaLaa.  She seems to really like it.  We purchased a black one.

Studio Living

The futon was picked up by my employee. We carefully carried the box into the house. Together we unpacked the futon and attached the legs. When we open the futon and put it in place we noticed a tear in the fabric. See below

The couch is very nice... just be aware that its lower than an average sofa.  It measures about 13 inches off the floor, the sofa i had before was 18''.  So i had to add lifts to pick it up a few inches cause it looked really odd so low... otherwise its great!
