The setup is fairly easy but long. Viewing published content was slow even though I had a high speed connection. Viewing AVI files and special content was slow and it did not respond as predicted. The HDMI did not sync well with the HDLCD TV and had to manually configure the TV to give me correct screen resolution. Overall the device is not worth the 180.00 price. I have a direct TV reciever that worked better than this item and had little to no configuration to do on it. 11/17/2009
