Rated 4 out of 5 by WallyJworld CyberAcoustics USB Headset Have been using this for a little over 3 weeks now as a work from home service rep. and it has worked well. Although it does hurt my one ear a bit it may just be because I'm not used to wearing a 2-ear headset.Will say it always detects well (something many other people in our training had problems w/other brands) and works very good in everything I've used it in. It has a great mic compared to others where you hear a lot of noise and /or external sounds. One tip is to go into your voulume icon,rightclick and select recording devices then set the volume down to about 70 or so as it picks up very well.As far as how it holds up for the long run that will have to be seen but I hope it is well. 03/28/2013
