The Purple Ottoman The smooth luxurious touch was as per what i had imagined solely based on viewing the product online. However i was slightly disappointed in the colour of the purple that arrived. I had ordered it to match the royal velvet purple items i have been purchasing to decorate my room for a specific theme. The 'purple' ottoman that arrived was much duller purple and not the royal vibrant purple i thought i would be expecting.I thought it would be softer at the base.... i had ordered it thinking that it had no legs so it wouldn't scratch my parquet floor. but it had 4 tiny legs at the base. i wished the product could be viewed 360 degrees so customers would know what to expect.however overall, i'm still happy with the purchase because it's not often one gets to find a nice purple dresser stool with the right height. 02/01/2010
