Our water is very hard and contains to high Trihalomethanes. This causes skin problems.This filtered sprayer showed excellent results after the first use. Much softer skin and no dried skin. Love it and will be getting another soon. 11/23/2011
Best on the market. This has the best pressure and best filtration I could find out there. I had a different one before this that I cracked the handle on. So I bought this as a replacement since the filters were super expensive on my old one and only lasted a few months. With this one the filters are fairly inexpensive and only need to be changed every 6 months. Alot of people complained about the different issues of being too heavy or whatever. I noticed that too and a simple hand tightening where the hanger connects to the plumbing and it wont move. 02/28/2012
Because the filter must be installed for proper operation, this unit is a bit heavy to comfortably use it as a hand held unit. We like the massage feature. 12/07/2011
Holder will not keep heavy sprayer up in place. Plastic handle holder will not tighten up enough to hold the HEAVY sprayer up to shower unless your 4 foot tall only as is flops down to spray on the floor.Was for my mom and she says it at least has a filter so she will keep it !!!! I think she is crazy to keep.Sooner or later thow she will come around and want another brand....Maybe next month. 05/23/2012
