The description gives the dimensions as 4.33" x 19.69" x 19.69" in L x W x H. What it doesn't tell you is that the 4.33" is how deep the medicine cabinet is, and the 19.69" is the diameter of the mirror. The medicine cabinet is very small at about 13" square. Although the mirror does work for me, and is a nice size for my small vanities which are each 36" wide, it would have been nice to know all the dimensions before I ordered. Also, it doesn't tell you that the "stainless" medicine cabinet is so shiny, it's almost like a mirror finish. You can absolutely see yourself in both the sides and the inside of this medicine cabinet. Alas, the metal is very thin, and kind of cheap, but it works. And it's mostly hidden by the mirror unless you open the door. I do want to mention that the mirror is not beveled, and has the green glass edge, in case anyone was wondering. This medicine cabinet is meant as a surface mount only, but we recessed ours into the wall by a couple of inches. No, we can't open the door all the way, but for our purposes, that was ok. You can still open it wide enough to get your hand in there, and that's all we needed. I didn't like the shiny stainless sides to show, and because our vanities are in little alcoves, you don't see the sides now that the medicine cabinets are a little recessed. With shipping, the cost of this item was over $70 which I thought was a little pricey for what you get, but it serves the purpose, and gives me the look I wanted in my bathroom design so I kept them. I actually received three of them as the first one was damaged. They sent a replacement right out to me, and I was happy with the service I received.
