Yes it can. I am Caucasian and I have used this product. I have thick, wavy, slightly dry hair and it made my hair look healthy and shiny. If you use to much your hair feels a little - ick. So just go real light on the application and you should be fine.

not sure how to describe this, it's not a greasy oil nor is it a sticky mousse.. it works wonders for taming the hair...  hopefully this is a product that works continuously on my hair normally it gets familiar with something it works great 🤷‍♀️

I distribute it all over my hair and I did a two strand twist. I added rollers too. My hair came out so curly. It lasted two days. The foam leave your hands feeling sticky too. I will recommend and I will buy again. This product is not expensive at all an it sold in all discounts stores.
