I purchased this to use for a themed birthday party. It had pretty good reviews online, so I had no hesitation; however, the mirror ball I received was defective. Half of the lights did not even light up. Also, do not purchase this if you are using it in a large room. It is a small piece and would work well in a small bedroom, but definitely not powerful or big enough to use in a large room. It also turns very slowly, so if you are looking for fast-spinning lights, this does not do that. I ended up renting a professional DJ light to get the effect i wanted for the party I was hosting. This definitely wouldn't have cut it, even if all the lights were working. 12/08/2011

Great item, my kids use this when they play Wii I did not read the description when I ordered the item, but I was surprise when we unpacked the item. The LED lights was a nice touch. My kids where happy with it. They used the item during thier Wii dance party. 11/01/2011
