An excellent read for operations managers. Gives advice that is practcal and can be acted on immediatley in any business. Gives some clear customer service standards that can be adopted by any work group. If you can't afford $3K for a full week at the Disney institute - This book is the next best thing and a whole lot cheaper. The only suggestion I had was a little bigger print for us "mature folks".
