Not what you think! Seemed like a great kit for the money, and you do get your moneys worth with the crayons, scissors, pencils, glue, paint AND markers! But the case is just for show. You open it up and the case that is supposed to HOLD the stuff, falls out. Its a little plastic insert that is not glued in or anything..so every time you close it, it falls. Also, all the supplies are still in their little boxes, so you need to place it in all the slots yourself. If your giving it as a gift, would be a good idea to do that first. 12/14/2011
Excellent for crafty kids My stepdaughter was thrilled to open this art kit for Christmas. She saw the commercial a few weeks before and had to have it. Kids who enjoy crafts and art projecs will be pleased with this product. 12/30/2011
It's a good product! I thought this art kit was a great buy. Even though you have to put it together yourself, it takes about 2 minutes to put the accessories in their place. The one side does fall out when you open it but if you keep the crayons/colored pencils as the "top" portion of the box, it will be easier since they stay in place well. The marker side doesn't sit well in place, so keep that as your "bottom" portion along with the scissors, glue and paper.My 5 year old loves her set and I had to buy another one for my younger kiddo because it's used every day! 12/28/2011
