Lipstick gloss hybrid This "gloss" goes on easily and doesn't give a heavy or sticky feel. It gives a nice hint of color and wears nicely. The only part I don't like is the glitter in it (at least Sandstone does). 06/05/2011
Fabulous If you have more of a severe chapped lip, you might want to do a little bit of exfoliating or treatment before putting this on, because while this product itself is a lip balm, the color accentuates the dead skin. That being said, this does wonders for my mildly chapped lips. I haven't used the lighter colors so I can't vouch for those - but the darker colors go on smooth, feel like, and look supple! The only downfall is that, like any other lip balm, you have to keep reapplying. So keep one on you for longer-lasting color and a smooth feeling! 04/15/2012
Sandstone is darker in person Sandstone 265 shade, is much darker looking in person rather than the photo shown. it also has sparkles in it. More of a lipstick than gloss, not my favorite purchase 12/01/2011
Like the texture The "Clay" color is a great neutral color despite the drab name. It gives my lips an appropriately well-dressed but understated look that works well for my job. I have large full lips and slightly olive skin tones so I don't need much color. I also like the the texture of this lip treatment. It is very smooth on my lips. The price is reasonable but for that amount I do think that Covergirl could seal the packages. Sometimes I have a hard time finding one that does not look tampered with/tested on someone elses mouth. 01/28/2012
