Solution Ingredients: Chicken Broth, Salt, Carrageenan. Gluten Free
Cooking instructions: conventional cooking: place leg quarters in a single layer in a baking pan. Bake uncovered in a 375 degree oven until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees f, as measured by a thermometer, approximately 45 to 60 minutes. Cooking times for conventional ovens are approximate due to variations in appliances. Grilling: mound charcoal briquettes in an uncovered grill; ignite. After about 30 minutes (coals should be gray & ash covered), spread the coals out. Adjust rack to 6 to 8 inches from the coals. Place leg quarters, skin side up, on grill rack directly over the hot coals. Grill, uncovered, approximately 45 to 60 minutes. Turn chicken occasionally & brush w/desired sauce during the last 10 to 15 minutes of grilling. Safe handling instructions: this product was prepared from inspected & passed meat &/or poultry.
