We have a couple of really expensive ones but for the people who only drive the kids locally and once a week this less expensive version is great. Just as easy to assemble as any of teh others out there. fits in our little kia (minus the cup holder b/c it sits next to the sibling's booster). cushioning is satisfactory. but i always think for long trips theres never enuf cushion in any brand car seat. 05/14/2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by mktj516 Works well, good value. I am a new grandma, and purchased for my own vehicle. It was very easy to install, and appears safe & secure. I used the new latch system, instead of the seatbelts, to install in my car. I like this new system much better than when we only had the seatbelts. This car seat doesn't have any fancy features, but who needs all that. My granddaughter is safe and sound, and that's all that matters. I don't know why anyone would pay over $100 for a car seat when these less expensive models are available. 04/25/2013
