Rated 3 out of 5 by MrsBirdie Easy to use The advertisement stated that this Chair with Step Stool has a cushioned back and seat. The chair is cushioned. However, the back is not cushioned. While it is a good value, I was disappointed with the stiff back. The product is pretty sturdy, but was very difficult to assemble. If possible try to have it assembled in the store.I purchased this stool as a gift for my mother-in-law, and had it assembled by my son and husband. She absolutley loves it and finds it easy to use. 12/30/2008
