Perfect for older cooks I spent time looking for cookware which was not as heavy as my older (45) year old Corningware. There are days when my wrists do not work as well as they use to. This product definitely has a nice comfortable weight. I do have a concern that the because of the extensive product warnings, this dish may not be as forgiving as the original when it comes to rapid temperature changes. So far, it is great since the design is much better for microwave use. The cover fits nicely and things do not seem to boil over like the old style. I think I will try a larger piece. 12/11/2009
HANDY I'd purchased this product for my mother, because I knew it would be easy for her to handle, plus a cover for left overs. I was right...I'm thinking about getting her another one as well as one for myself. It is very handy!!!! 12/17/2009
