Q. I have an original frame set and my new Rx. can you cut a new set of lenses to fit my old frames that I Like?
- you may have to check around, many places don't like to use the customers frame, because if it is lost or broken, they won't have a duplicate, also they will have to make a pattern which requires special equipment and is not always accurate enough for a strong prescription. your best bet is to first call around, find someone who may be willing, then bring in the frame and prescription so they can see if they think it is possible. It needs to be in like new condition, and of good quality. Unless your frame was really expensive or really unique, or you can't find one you like as well, get a new frame, use the old set as back up or donate it to the Lions Club.by likesgreatdeals123/17/2013Was this answer helpful?
