Great Product We used the new chaffing dish two days after receiving it. It looks expensive and works great. I like the new partition which allows you to have two seperate food items, the same food on both sides or just use one side. The instructions say to use 1 to 1 1/2 quarts of water. If you try to use 1 1/2 Qts. the food pan floats. 1 Qt. works fine, but watch that when the water gets hot it doesn't try to boil over and on to the table. This is just a matter of finding the right amount to use. Great buy!! 05/09/2012
