I was extremely upset with this product but I am hoping I just got one that was defective in lots of ways! I took it out of the package and right away tried to cut my dogs hair it turned on and the blades were moving but when I went to go cut (without guards) it did nothing but pull his hair it didn't cut anything...then after being on for a total of 30 seconds the blades completely quite moving all together. I returned the product and purchased a Wahl brand dog trimmer. Works like a charm! 02/25/2011
attachments easily break! only switched the beard/hair trimmer a couple time and the plastic clip broke! now it's worthless! 12/26/2010
