Bad Design Since this product was originally advertised as a back and shoulder massager, I expected it to actually massage my shoulders...but it only have rotating fingers to massage the neck. Also, the rotating fingers were not sufficiently geared to keep them from slipping or stopping the motor, very poor design. The Homedics neck massager is less money and a way better design. 02/14/2010
Great Product I bought this massager this evening and absolutely love it. It provides significant pain relief and loosens stiff sore muscles. It is well worth the investment and I highly recommend it for people with neck issues. 07/18/2009

Bad Product This does not work. It is supposed to massage the shoulders, it doesn't. It hits more on the base of the skull, not at the shoulders. The "fingers" are too hard, and don't move enough. And it doesn't fit well around the neck. I tried every position, and it didn't work. I returned it a few days after it arrived. 06/10/2009
