in love i've never owned a streamer but this great. i live in a apartment where space is an issue.. its small, light weight and gets the job done.. no ironing board required... my roommate even loves it. worth the money and has held up so far. really easy to use too. 09/29/2011
Screws Rusted Quickly The steamer worked well first and I loved it. But after two weeks, while the steam still comes out beautifully, the two screws in the little water chamber rusted. I don't know how much worse it will get, and don't want the rust to stain my clothes. I am returning it. 08/18/2011
Best steamer I've ever used! I've had many steamers over the years (I don't iron!), and this one is ten times better than any I've ever used. It must be the electronic motor...it pumps out so much steam and so consistently, it cuts my steaming time by about three-quarters! Love it! 07/07/2011
Disappointed The steamer looks great but doesn't work as well as I would like it to. It gets hot and have steam but does not get wrinkles out but leaves the clothes wet. 03/01/2011
