Great product for shiny hair! I love this straighter! It gets my hair super shiny and looks really straight after use! I also like the price. It is a good price, and it was comforting to see that it included a warranty. The company was confident in the product to be able to back it like that. Probably depends on hair type, but I love it! I've got shoulder length, mostly straight, fine hair but with a very slight wave that I like to iron out to achieve completely straight smoothness. For that, this iron works great and I love it. I like the High/Medium/Low setting options and normally set it to Medium. I have not experienced any unironed hair or missed sections as a result of the iron's construction. It does the job perfectly each time I use it. I was surprised to see the bad ratings for this because I find it to be a very reliable, effective iron and I don't have to worry about torching my ends with 450+ degrees. 10/19/2011
