The wrapping included cellophane to keep the cabinet from being damaged, and it's a mess trying to clean it up because it clings to the cabinet. 01/15/2013

After several phone calls to the Customer Service, we offered to bang out the dents in exchange for an acceptable discount to avoid the hassle of returning the cabinet.
