I just saw the way the delivery truck dropped it in my house!!, the driver didn't have a dolly or any equipment to bring it down from his truck and just carry it on his arms!! can't believe the way they treat the packages!!, anyway when I opened it was intact, my husband told me he saw some minor dents here and there, but I don't see any.Anyway the file is sturdy, the cabinets open easily, and matches perfectly fine with another one I bought years ago.Very happy w/ my purchase!! 09/30/2012
