Rated 2 out of 5 by lowdown762n Had this office chair for about 2 1/2 years cylinder leaks down within about 15 minutes of getting it to the right setting. Went to www.trueinovations.com as it shows for support. Hmmm do I need car insurance ads? Is this chair capable of being installed in my vehicle? In other words their mantra is "No support is good support.". Another company that is their for you when your buying their product but disappears when something is wrong. Its comfortable as long as you don't mind slowly sliding to the floor. 05/24/2013
