Rated 5 out of 5★ by GregFromPA Great Product at a More Than Fair Price. I have used many of gallons of the ColorPlace Interior Semi-Gloss Paint. And in a wide spectrum of colors. Due to being retired early and disability. Fixed income and spending are critical issues, as many folks know. As of this review, I've done a wide scale of remodeling, painting, etc. for two years now. My home is approximately 1700 sq. feet. But, I've got into freshening the place up since it's construction in 1992. Painting has been, and still is about 60% of the work involved. Early on when deciding on colors, and color combinations (I do a lot of walls with chair rails or borders). So, in many of cases, I need multiple colors just for one room. This kind of painting can get pricey. In the beginning, I used a fair amount of Valspar (and some Glidden) brand paints. These paints performed valiantly. However, when "price to affordability" became an issue. I ended up seeking out ColorPlace paint. And to date, have also performed outstandingly. However, at around 1/2 of the price. In my stock of leftover paint, more than 70% is ColorPlace. I've had "zero" amount of problems. In my opinion, application quantity is equal to, and in a few cases exceeded my expectations....A few notes of importance, for those who have reported low quality, bubbling, chipping etc. Keep in mind there just a few thing to prevent that from happening. Firstly, make certain the surface you paint is conducive to the paint type itself. Walls must be clean of dirt, dust, oily or glassy residue is cleaned off the surface of the old paint. Secondly, and I mention this in all my reviews ->->->MIXING is priority # 1, before doing 1 brush stroke. All paint retailers will give you the traditional paint sticks for mixing. Do yourself a great favor (and fair judgment) by picking up the paint mixer tool that is used in a drill. For some reason, I never see the mixers for the large buckets (5 gallons), just for the gallon and quart side cans. Not to worry, DIY retailers carry the long ones. This will make your painting experience more pleasant. Is easy on the body and less time consuming. However, it'll will blend the paint thoroughly. The usual cause of chipping, bubbling, and premature fading is due to poor paint mixing. And this is imperative in all paint brands. Not, just a budget oriented priced paint. Good Luck to All....and remember MIX, MIX, MIX your paint throughly. 02/27/2014

Rated 1 out of 5★ by Tikiri Worst paint. My husband brought it for the house and have to use three or four coats to obtain the real color it shows in the chart. 12/31/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by ReverendPaul Loved this brand of paint! I've used paint that cost $75.00 and more and ended with a horrible finish. Used ColorPlace Semi-Gloss on my kitchen cabinets and it only took 1 gallon to cover 7 cabinets with 2 coats and still have plenty left to do the base trim in the entire 1st floor. 01/27/2014
