Great kid friendly option to a couch table I bought this ottoman to replace our wood and glass couch table in the living room for child safety reasons. The item arrived in mint condition and absolutely meets my expectations. It looks great, not cheap, and it offers a good amount of storage space. Each of the four trays has handles, which is very handy, and they allow for a good grip for toddlers to pull themselves up on. I love that the ottoman has wheels and sits just about an inch off the ground. With that it's easily movable (on wood floor anyways), there's no toys (except for board books) disappearing under it, and we can easily turn the entire living room into an open play space. I have a one year old and he likes to pull himself up on the ottoman. One might think that this would be dangerous due to the wheels, but the ottoman hasn't moved an inch any time he's done that (especially when plenty of items are stored within it). Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase and it allows us to keep our storage space, a comfortable to use table, and style in our living room. even with a toddler in the house. 03/25/2012
