great radio Use this radio for camping and boating, great range. Easy enough for my 6 year old granddaughter to use 06/09/2011
Great for Long Range Use I use this radio when I go horseback riding alone, so my husband can stay in contact with me. We live in a rural area, so cell phones don't work well, and, just in case my horse spooks, and I fall off, which has happened before, or my husband tries to call me, and I don't answer then he will come looking for me or call an air ambulance. I don't know what I'd do without it. This is my second one and they just keep getting smaller and easier to carry and charge. My first one fell into a bucket of water, or I'd still be using it. 05/11/2012
