not a good product So i got this straightener about 5 or 6 months ago and its already broken. It does not heat up and when it did heat up my hair got caught in the plates. I have veryy curly hair and it straightened my hair great and only in about 1 hour, but then it broke. 10/19/2010
Poor design Not to happy with this product. Your hair will get stuck in between the front pressure plates. Taking the comb out will not help. The product might work better if you have short hair. I have very long wavy hair and it tends to pull and bind at the plate. 02/14/2012
not a good product my hair is thick and naturaly curly, i bought this when my chi broke and it doesn't straighten my hair as good as the chi did even on turbo heat my hair just wouldn't stay straight it curled about 10 minutes later and it was still frizzy. 10/14/2010
