I bought this for My 90 Yo mother and she loves it ...And can actually hear a normal conversation 12/05/2009
Good Phone-Poor Instructions Purchased for my 90 yr. old mother because of the "big buttons", loud volume, and speed dial. Phone is well made and works very well. The instructions that came with it are minimal and poorly written. The "Saving Grace" is the exceptional customer service when you call the toll-free number. The young lady I spoke with (in the USA) was well aware of the problem with the enclosed instructions and was apologetic and informed me that they were in the process of rewriting and improving them. She was most helpful and courteous and answered all of my questions.I would recommend this product for those with vision and hearing limitations. 06/28/2010

Clarity D613 DECT 6.0 Loud Cordless Answering Mach Bought this for Dad who had hearing issues. Phone was too complicated for him and he could not hear it clearly. Had static also. Returned this and bought the Uniden Model#: CEZAI2998 and he loves it. 03/04/2010
