Works well I had a bit of trouble getting this to work and thought it was defective and was going to have to return it. Thankfully I decided to try unhooking the provided USB cable and hooking up an old one that I had and voila! WiFi! So the USB cable that came with the unit was defective and not the actual product. Now that it is working my son can play his Xbox with minimal lag time. 01/16/2012
