Best Knives I've ever owned! I debated for several months on buying this particular set of knives; I'm usually the one at the second-hand store. I had set some money aside for a few purchases and this was one of them. The knives are well balanced, very sharp, and the handles are made so that they never come loose. I would recommend this product to anyone in the market for a great set of knives. 05/01/2012
Better than I expected! After researching kitchen knife sets for nearly 2 months, I settled on this set and I am not disappointed at all. I love the handles, and they are not made of some form of plastic that cracks over time. The are very sharp and having a sharpening tool built right into the block is a good thing. As a survivalist, I love a good knife that stays sharp and is easy to sharpen, this set is a perfect example of that. The style is slightly retro with with a uniquely shaped and accented wood block. This style goes well with my 1950's updated kitchen. I have nothing bad to say about this set. 02/11/2012
Great Purchase/Price was best I could find I researched the knife set and Chicago Cutlery got the best reviews hands down. I sent it to my parents for Christmas, they were thrilled. It has its own sharpener, which I thought was a nice feature. It was by far the best price on the internet, and with shipping it was under $121.00 and arrived on time.
