Great Knife Set I originally purchased the Chicago Cutlery 8" Chefs knife and loved the quality for the value. That is what led me to purchase the 16-piece set. I have had them for a little over a week and so far everything is perfect. I use a sharpening steel and each straight edged knife can hold a pretty sharp edge. Some people have complained about rusting but if you properly care for your knifes by hand washing and drying after each use then you will never run into this problem. 04/23/2012
