Pretty good bar I completely agree with the other review that says this becomes a bit too much chocolate. I'm not a huge chocolate fan and rarely eat sweets. I tried these when on sale to have something that was better than a candy bar on those occasions when I do want something sweet. Considering where I'm starting from, this is a decent little bar. If you want something to sub for an actual candy bar to improve your diet a bit, this would be a good one to start with. Very sweet ( I thought a bit too much ) and chewy...which I loved. If I were using this to sub for a meal, I'm not sure it would carry me four hours. But if I were looking for something more healthy than an acutal candy bar, I would suggest giving these a try. 07/12/2011
