This Char-Griller Smoker also features 2 wood shelves for holding condiments, trays, and foods, a heat gauge, adjustable charcoal grate, and a large bottom wire shelf for storage. Easy to assemble, the Char-Griller Smoker also features a smoke stack and a sliding door for easy access to coals and ashes in the side fire box.
This deluxe setup lets you cook up terrific burgers, hot dogs, tri-tip and more.

Rated 3 out of 5 by aym1975 Char-Griller Smokin' Pro Grill & Smoker We never actually got to use the grill. We we received the grill, the box was in horrible shape. Not only was the box horrible but the grill itself was damaged in several places. Dented, dinged, broken. My husband ended up taking it back to the store for a refund and buying a comparable grill somewhere else. I was very disappointed since this was a gift from me to him. 01/06/2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by antiarchos Another smoker I first bought the square upright smoker from Brinkmann which turned out to be a piece of junk. Could not get it hot enough to do the job.This grill "Char Griller" is pretty heavy constructed for the money. I special ordered it Site to Store. When it came in, it took two of us to pick up and load into vehicle. Even though it is heavy built, the packing from the company is pathetic. As a result the bottom main chamber was bent and they had to replace it. It is easy to assemble as long as you do pay exact attention to the instruction. The manufactor has done some update/replacement of parts and oops they failed to correct the manual.My only complaint is that it does not have any particular way of water smoking other than adding your pan or container of water on top of the charcoal. From the prices and construction I have seen on other smoker/grills this is a very good buy for your hard earned money. 05/11/2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by whoorah8 Did not last as long as we thought it would Bought this smoker 2 yrs ago. We use it alot. The only complaint we have is that it rusted out on the bottom where the side joins. Have to replace it by next season. Other than that it smoked great! 05/01/2009

This grill has become a great asset in planning what we will be doing on the week-ends and our days off together for family and friends....grilling, smokin and steaming everything we can....and new recipes to top it all off! Can't wait until the weather breaks and we can fire that bad boy up! Hubby is totally into the "smoking" the ribs and steak ideas! I can almost taste the hickory now! 03/15/2011
