Char-Griller Smokin' Pro Grill & Smoker 98 109
Having a ball with my Smokin Pro I received my Smokin Pro a little over 2 weeks ago and after seasoning it, used it for grilling steaks and lamb chops. They turned out great and received raves from my family and guests. My sons and their families were especially complimentary on the flavor of the entrees that were prepared. I'm planning to Barbeque / Smoke a couple of slabs of Short Ribs (Georgia style) Labor Day weekend and expect they will also be excellent. 08/31/2009
Great smoker/grill After looking at a few other off set firebox grills this had the heaviest gauge steel to stand up to the heat and last longer. Was very easy to put together, only needed help when attaching firebox. Once the cast iron cooking grates are seasoned properly food does not stick to it's large cooking area and a good price too. 08/23/2009
Very happy love this smoker grill, I ordered this smoker for are housewarming party and haven't quit yet , I am now smoking meats and veggies for friends and family on the weekends , the temp sits rite at 225 and is easily adjusted . Im from new york living in arkansas and the locals are asking me to bbq . that has to say somthing . 08/09/2009
Time Tested I bought this grill about four years ago. I use it weekly. It's the best charcoal grill I have ever owned.It's heavy and the wheels on mine are cheesey so I don't move it around much. But the thermometer still works, the shelves are holding up well, it's easy to clean out the ashes, the top gets a little rusty over time but it does not affect the performance. I'm just now replacing the fire pan.A great value. 07/18/2009
