You will have to assemble it yourself. It comes with an allen wrench but you will need a phillips and a flat head screw driver also. Instructions were pretty simple and basic. Good luck!

It will need assembling and I thought I was going to become frustrated when I opened the box. However, it took less than an hour to assemble, by me- a woman, and it was very simple. The instruction booklet was easy enough to read, even for a youg child.

It arrives in about 100 pieces(at least). Requires two people to assemble.

That would all depend on how big the car is. The packaging is going to make it bigger then the measurment information which the length would be 47 in. without packing. I would think you would need a truck or a jeep where the seats go down to move this unit.

The boards in the back of the cabinet do not have holes. However, the boards are really thin, you can probably use a utility knife and carefully cut out a square or other shape in it. If you have a hole saw and a drill, even quicker!

No, the two cabinet storage does not have pre-fabricated holes - but, the backside of those cabinets are made out of a thick cardboard like material, not the wood composite stuff that the rest of it is.
I didn't have to but maybe someone else has experience in cutting the holes in the back. For me, it would be worth it to try. This is actually a great put-it-together-yourself product. Good Luck!

No the cabinets do not have holes in the back of them but, you could get a drill bit and make one if you choose to. The plywood is kind of cheap though and I think i t would take away from the stability of the product.
